Missing Teeth?

This is a sign I recently saw, and wanted to share it with you. It refers to a dental practice that was established back in 1872. If you can’t read the fine print, it says, “teeth can be replaced with artificial ones made out of whalebone, ivory or hardwood.”

That may have been the “state of the art,” back then, but none of them would have worked well as denture teeth. People have wanted their teeth replaced for thousands of years. Some examples of teeth replacement attempts were found in tombs in pyramids from ancient Egypt. None worked well. Or felt natural.

Today, missing teeth can be successfully replaced with dental implants that look and feel natural, and can last a lifetime. Come see us and we’ll explain how you too might benefit from modern science’s near-miraculous technological advancements. Oh, and you can enjoy these advancements with painless care, as well.
